A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The resubmission was missing the site plan. Please submit all requested materials including the response letter, construction plans and site plan. 2. My Site Zoning Comment 1 from the 5/15/26 review was incorrect. Per the City’s Zoning Administrator, a double sink is allowed in sleeping quarters. Please accept my apology for the misunderstanding on my part and for any inconvenience this has caused. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
