COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. Comment: Clearly list the height of the detached shed.
2. Comment: Note that per UDC 6.6.3.D., Accessory structures, except for accessory dwelling units, shall not exceed 12 feet in height, unless attached to a principal structure. If attached to the principal structure, maximum height permitted shall be the same as for the principal structure.
3. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the proposed use for the addition and applicable use specific standards.
