This site is located within the R-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

1. The Development Design Option approval issued under DDO-25-11 expired 180 days after issuance on March 5, 2025. To apply for a 180 day extension, please email Mark Castro at mark.castro@tucsonaz.gov . Until the extension is approved, Site Zoning cannot move forward in approving the permit. Please email Roxanne Johnston - roxanne.johnston@tucsonaz.gov when the extension request has been approved to facilitate a quicker turn-around time.

2. In the next resubmittal, please remove all stamps from plans. Staff will restamp the current plan set once all conditions have been met.
