The Design Package must contain the applicable information specified in the Special District Application Instructions , together with a brief project narrative specifying the scope of the project and the electronic sample of materials and colors used on the porch. Also, please note BHHZAB will be reviewing your project for compliance with the Barrio Historico Historic Preservation Zone Design Guidelines, currently under review for proposed modifications. Please the site plan needs to be detailed and key noted The elevations to be key noted for materials Provide a UDC 5.8.9 for ALL design review items, if not applicable, state NA Provide a Development Zone Map-DZ (circle /cloud the DZ) Please make sure the Design Package is a single PDF file, compressed. Please submit it under the Historic sub-record.
