This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Aerial views of the property show the overhead service conductors passing over the roof of the back porch structure (unpermitted around 2017). The overhead service conductor over the structure requires an 8’ clearance above the roof, E3604.2.1. The 8’ clearance is required to be maintained for a distance of 3’ from the edge of the roof. Show a mast height necessary to achieve this clearance. Check with TEP customer service for service line options. https://www.tep.com/electric-service-requirements 2. Provide the TEP required conductor sizes. 3. PROVIDE LISTING DOCUMENTATION ALLOWING TOP ENTRY FOR LOAD CONDUCTORS FROM MANUFACTURER. OTHERWISE MOVE LOAD PENETRATIONS TO BOTTOM SIDE OF PANEL.
