This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Update the panel schedule to show the wire size and OCPD(Breaker) of each circuit, E3702.2. 2. Update and correct the wire sizes provided in the panel schedule. OCPD(Breaker) for copper conductor may not exceed 15A for #14, 20A for #12 or 30A for #10 rating required by IRC E3705.5.3, NEC 240.4(D)(small conductors), For larger than #10AWG, see NEC Table 310.15(B)(16) 3. Clarify the fuel/power source for the tankless water heater, HVAC unit, dryer and the range.
