1. Provide a complete site plan. Indicate the location and size of buildings, utility meters and lines supporting the alterations, R106.1.1. Show the utility lines requiring upgrade or replacement.
2. Provide a Fully dimensioned electrical floor plan showing location and assigned circuit numbers of all outlets, luminaires, switches, appliances, panels, motors, disconnects, electrical and HVAC equipment.
3. Provide a panel schedule showing panel size, circuit numbers, ampacity, wire size and general description, E3404.13 & E3706.2. Provide a panel schedule showing wire size of each circuit or notate the wire size for each protection rating, E3702.2.
4. Designate the circuit number (that correlates to the panel schedule) at the location of each receptacle, switch, or utilization equipment, E3404.12.
5. Show a minimum of two 2O AMP small appliance circuits at the kitchen countertop receptacle outlets; they may also serve the breakfast room and dining room, but not other locations, E3703.2 and E3901.3. GFCI protected, E3902.6.
6. Show a bathroom circuit as a dedicated 20A branch with GFCI protection, E3703.5. A minimum of one 20 amp rated branch circuit shall be provided to supply bathroom receptacle outlets. Such circuits shall have no other outlets & per E3902.1 Shall be GFCI.
7. Provide arc-fault Protection of all interior 15A & 20A circuits serving outlet locations (except bathrooms), including receptacles, lights and smoke detectors, with combination type arc-fault circuit interrupters, E3902.16.
