This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. For ground mounted systems, the Foundation must be engineered/designed, sealed and signed by an Arizona Registered engineer, to support the weight of the system and to resist the wind uplift, R106.1, R324.4.1.2. 3. Provide a Grounding Electrode System at the detached structure per NEC 690.47. 4. Show the Grounding Conductor’s connection at the modules, mounting and metal support structure. 5. Show grounding details for the mounting equipment and metal support frame, NEC690.43. 6. Where live parts of electrical equipment are operating at 50 to 1000 volts, such equipment shall be guarded against accidental contact by approved enclosures or other approved means, NEC110.27(A). 7. Where subject to physical damage, conductors, raceways, equipment, and cables shall be protected. NEC 300.4 Protection Against Physical Damage, NEC110.27(B) Prevent Physical Damage. 8. Per the foundation side view, this project requires the following special inspections: A: Helical/drilled piers foundation. >>> Verify with EOR. 9.
