TC-RES-0924-05147 ADDRESS/PARCEL: 308 E 2ND ST TUCSON/117030540 The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation, and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Please show on the Pool Engineering Details which rebar schedule is being used to account for the foundation surcharge on the pool from the ADU/Casita. Special Engineering may be necessary from AMTEC. 2. Call out on plans which area of the pool is getting different rebar schedule to account for the foundation surcharge of the ADU/Casita 3. Clearly indicate access as well as all walls being demolished and rebuilt for access. 4. The proposed pool is located on a parcel associated with a contributing structure in the West University Historic District. While the raised pool bondbeam itself may not be an issue, the equipment screen wall and all walls demolished for construction are.
