The house next door has a parapet, it's not clear if this was old text from another letter or if the board members were actually looking at the wrong house. There are some changes to the conduit routing diagram and dimensions for the meter/equipment on the design package that aren't reflected on the building permit, so I'm gonna go ahead and place that in needs resubmittal and put a condition on it so it doesn't get issued without a matching plan set and updated decision letter. Staff will work on an updated decision letter, once one is provided please resubmit your building permit with the updated letter and approved plan set.
