The site is in the Hr-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family dwelling is a permitted use in the HR-2 zone, subject to use-specific standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, and .10.

COMMENTS:

1. The site is in Barrio Historico Historic Preservation Zone (HPZ). The proposal is subject to the HPZ Review process (UDC 5.8.8). Submit a Historic and Special Districts application as a sub-record of TC-RES-0924-05136 to begin the Historic review process.
