As the vehicular use area has been expanded to comply with use-specific standard 4.9.7.B.7, provide an updated vehicular use area and lot coverage calculation. Vehicular use area includes any area of a site or structure used for the movement, parking, or standing of motor vehicles (UDC 11.4.23).
