After a review of aerial views (https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/Html5Viewer/?viewer=maptucson#) of the property, it appears that PV modules are mounted on an unpermitted porch structure on the back of the house. Searching city records through PRO (https://pro.tucsonaz.gov/address_search/) found a withdrawn permit for this porch, which first appears around 2008. Either provide completed permit and inspection documentation, apply for and complete permit review and inspections for the structure or remove the PV modules from the unpermitted structure.
