PROVIDE A COMPLETE PLAN SET showing all proposed alterations to the building with 2018 IRC code compliance with component sizes. The plans require sufficient detail for demonstrating an awareness of minimum building code compliance for passing all progress inspections.

Consider using a design professional if unfamiliar with construction documentation.

Separate the support documents from the construction plans. Place sheet numbers on each sheet of construction plans.

SITE PLAN:

1. Provide a site plan showing the location of all buildings and utilities, R106.1.1. Show the location of all utility lines to the proposed building(s) along with required service alterations.

FLOOR PLAN:

1. Provide a floor plan showing each proposed and existing room with labeled function. Show altered door and window openings. Altered existing bedrooms must show code compliance for egress, R310.

SECTIONS - DETAILS:

1. Attic space requires a ventilation calculation for showing the attic vent opening size using 1 to 150 of attic area in compliance with R806.2. Provide appropriate upper and lower space vents when applying the reduced area calculation.

MECHANICAL PLANS:

1. Show dryer vent size and location for venting to exterior, M1501.

OUTDOOR LIGHTING CODE

Show full cutoff fixtures were located within 25 feet from the property line OLC 401.3.3.
