This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. The address on this permit does not match the house in the plan-set, Sheet PV-2. 6050 E 2ND ST appears to be a multi-family multi-unit development, not a single-family residence. Also, East 2nd street does not go N-S, or next to the addressed location. 2. The Site location on Sheet PV-1 points to a completely different address than the address on the permit and plan-set. 3. Clarify the correct address, and show a roof structure that matches that address. Include any unit number associated with the address. 4. NOTE only: There also is an existing permit for the same/similar address by a different contractor: T22CM00579 (6050 E 2ND ST Unit:107 TUCSON, AZ 85711). This should probably be expired.
