Provide a general note stating that the ADU will be developed with a high albedo level (> 60 SRI) or other cool roof technology per the ICC Green Construction Code (UDC 6.6.3.B.3). 2. Per UDC 6.4.4.A, building height is the vertical distance measured from the design grade elevation to the highest point of a flat roof; to the deck line of a mansard roof; or to the middle (between the eave and ridge) of the highest gabled of a pitched or hipper roof. An ADU shall not exceed 12 feet in height (UDC 6.6.3.B.4). Include a dimension from the design grade elevation to the highest point of the flat roof to ensure the ADU does not exceed the above requirement. 3. Remove the note on the site plan indicating that a rezoning is required for the proposed ADU.
