Provide a gas piping plan showing the connection from the meter to the all gas fired appliances. Include pipe size, type and length. Provide HVAC unit’s gas demands. G2413.4.1.
2. Size the pipe based on the length from the meter to the farthest attached appliance and max demand of each branch using Table G2413.4(1) (Metallic Pipe). Table G2413.4(7) Polyethylene Plastic Pipe. Note: The length is measured from the meter to the furthest attached appliance for all sizing, G2413.4.1.
3. The addition and relocation of the units may require the existing gas piping to be upsized to meet currently adopted codes.
4. Show the location of the new and relocated units on the site-plan, R106.1.1.
5. Provide a floor plan to show new duct work. Provide a duct system sized in accordance with Manual D calculations, M1601.1.
6. Clarify the Trane Model Numbers being used. The Manual-j forms for the two Trane models appears to show different model numbers than the model numbers in the Air Conditioning installation Templates, R106.1.1.
7. Show a WP GFCI receptacle outlet on the same level within 25’ of all exterior HVAC equipment, E3901.12.
8. The Permit for the 400A service upgrade is incomplete, Permit: TC-RES-0623-05677. This service upgrade permit needs to be completed in order to show the 400A service in this permit.
9. Show the location of any additional work done as referenced in Case T22DV05587.
