Specifically, the submittal is missing an aerial photo of the site, site plan (discussed under #2), existing photos of the site/house, and the AZ Historic Property Inventory form.
2) Please provide a site plan that shows the lot lines and building foot print as well as the location of each of the proposed units. Include information on the height of the parapet and the height of the proposed units.
3) Once all required information is assembled, please resubmit under the Historic sub-record.
