Please resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Per Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Table 6.3-2.A, the maximum permitted lot coverage in the MH-1 zone is 70%. Provide a lot coverage calculation on site plan, which includes the area of the lot covered by buildings, storage areas, and all vehicular use areas. For specific application standards, refer to UDC Section 6.4.3.

2. Show the five-foot-wide aerial easement along the north lot line as depicted on the Collen Subdivision Plat (https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/subdivisions/details/MP-11073&).
