Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Each address will require a separate permit. You will need to file for a permit for 4535 E MONTECITO ST. Each permit can only cover work done at one address. 2. Provide clarification on the scope of work. The description states that you will “Add an electrical service to the property”, but the provided plans appear to show the new electrical work connected to 2 existing service panels. Are you adding a 3rd service to the property, or connecting into the existing services. 3. Provide a panel schedule showing panel size, circuit numbers, ampacity, wire size and general description, E3404.13 & E3706.2. Provide a panel schedule showing wire size of each circuit or notate the wire size for each protection rating, E3702.2. Highlight all new circuits being added. 4. Designate the circuit number at the location of each light fixture, receptacle, appliance, and equipment disconnect switch, E3404.12. 5. Use Table E3705.1, 60 degree C column, for sizing branch circuits and conductors rated at 100 AMP or less, E3705.4.1. 6.
