Completed NOV shut down. Need a Licensed Electrician to evaluate the electrical before turning electricity back on. Ceiling, walls and flooring in bedroom will need to be repaired before re-occupying the rental unit. Please submit a complete set of plans and a detailed narrative with your resubmittal that clearly shows how you have addressed all comments from the code violation. Provide a floor plan labeling all rooms in the structure. Provide a site plan with all existent structures on property. |
