Please resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. The site is located within the Jefferson Park Neighborhood Preservation Zone (NPZ). An NPZ Design Review is required for the proposed construction based on the applicability criteria of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Section 5.10.3.A.1.
