This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Additional clarification is required. This appears to be a commercial project. A tri-plex is not covered under the IRC. Additionally, there are only three addresses listed for this parcel, Demonstrate compliance with NEC 230.2 (Number of Services). Must have written consent from the Building Official through appeal for a 4th meter. 2. Clarify the scope of work. If the work involves more than upgrading an existing meter pack, each address will require a separate permit. 3. Provide an electrical riser diagram, 2017 NEC 230.9. Notate the grounding and bonding method, 2017 NEC 250.20(B), 250.24, 250.30(A)(4). Metallic gas lines must be bonded and not be used as the primary grounding method, 2017 NEC 250.50, 250.52(B)(1). 4. Provide a complete line diagram, 2017 NEC 110.2, 2018 IBC 107.1. 5. Provide and show a minimum service conductor rating of 100 AMP for each dwelling and conductors with minimum rating of #4 copper 75 degree C, E3602.1 & E3603.1. 6.
