Per the City of Tucson Inclusive Home Ordinance 10463: all new dwellings have a requirement to provide an “accessible route from public and common areas, including, but not limited to, a driveway or public street or sidewalk”. Draw, dimension, and label an accessible route from the driveway, sidewalk, or street to an accessible entrance. Ensure the route meets accessibility standards as articulated in Sections 402-404 of the ANSI A117 Accessibility Standards. See also TSM 7-01.4.3 for specifications, including the minimum 4ft-width, slope and permissible composition materials. 4. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The site plan shows a neighbor waiver from Riley Wallace at 5836 E 26th St. This address is not next to the subject lot at 5843 E 26th St. . Please resubmit the plan with the neighbor waiver provided by the HOA at 5837 E 26th St. If a neighbor waiver from the HOA is not possible, a Design Development Option will be required.
