Please resubmit addressing the following comments:
1) A Surge Protection Device (SPD) or SPD model number must be identified on the plans for all service panel replacements supplying 100% of the dwelling. This requirement can be satisfied by providing the manufacturer’s specifications or model number for the SPD to verify that it is UL listed and code compliant E606.5 NEC 230.67
2) New Modular home will not be subject to review on this permit. The work for the modular home must be addressed in a revision to TC-FBB-0226-00031. Please refrain from including this work onto permits outside of the existing issued permit.
