A floodplain use (FPU) permit has been created for this residential solar permit, TE-FPU-0826-00341. The lot exists in a City of Tucson Floodplain Hazard Zone related to an Unnamed Wash, and a floodplain use (FPU) permit and cost estimate is needed for all building permits. 2. Follow instructions on floodplain requirements for the FPU permit. 3. Site engineering will be unable to issue permit TC-RES-0826-04488 until the associated FPU permit (TE-FPU-0826-00341) is approved.
