This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 -.9. Comment 1: Thank you for submitting a site plan with your permit application. Please add the following missing details so zoning staff may conduct a full application review. Draw, dimension, and label setback measurements between all existing structures to adjacent property lines, including between the carport and the front property line. Lot coverage calculations. Per UDC Article 6.6.2.D, an accessory structure that is detached from a principal structure shall comply with the setback standards of the principal structure, except that the accessory structure may be built to a parcel line with the consent of the adjacent property owner(s).
