09/10/2025 Historic REVIEW COMPLETED The relocation is part of the 5 historic structures approved by MC in Resolution No. 23717 of 1/9/2024.The relocation of 1040-1050 N Euclid (T21BU00509) is to comply with the provisions of this Resolution. The relocation was reviewed and approved for new placement at 548 E 1st by the WUHZAB and PRS.
Given that during relocation potential for porch roof to be removed, materials salvaged for potential reuse. Some historic features may be removed. Windows may crack, roof may alter. Features damaged may be replicated to match original material. Based on this, once located at new site [548 E 1st], review by WUHZAB and PRS will be required to ensure the historic integrity of the structure.
