A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6 RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) The site is located in a Residential Cluster Project (RCP) subdivision. As such, 3’ perimeter yard setbacks are permitted without a DDO. Consider adjusting the placement of the proposed sleeping quarters. If the setback of the proposed sleeping quarters will remain at 2’ from the west property line, a Design Development Option (DDO) will be required. Please submit a DDO application under the Zoning Modification sub-record that has been created.
