Site Engineering Comments:
1. The storage container falls within the Paseo Grande Wash floodplain and will require a floodplain use permit with elevation certificate.
2. The sub-records of the building permit have been opened for FPU submission.
3. For the storage container, flood venting will be required according to Tucson Code PART II Chapter 26, Section 26-11.2.(8). For resubmission of the building permit and submission for the flood plain use permit, have the flood vents delineated on the constructions along with a detail showing the dimensions of the vents
4. A minimum of two openings will be required. The vents will have a total net area of not less than one square inch for every square foot of enclosed area. Openings may be equipped with screens, louvers, valves, or other coverings or devices if they permit the automatic entry and exit of floodwater.

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: The site plan should be designed to include the information as noted on the sample site plan. Please see https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/residential_plot_plan_requirements.pdf for reference.
2. Comment: Please draw, label, and dimension the property lines. Also, draw, label, and dimension the setbacks for the storage container to the clearly drawn property lines.
