This property is zoned RX-2, not R-1.; Please correct under Project Information. Add zoning classifications of this property and the surrounding properties to the site plan, which are RX-2 to the north, east, and west, and R-1 to the south.

Add property owner name

Draw, dimension, and label the Vehicular Use Area on the site plan. Per the Unified Development Code (UDC), this is any area of a site used for the movement, parking, or standing of motor vehicles.
