COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

COMMENT: Until the DDO is approved Zoning cannot approve this permit.

1. COMMENT: Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. The plot plan shall clearly show the location of the proposed cisterns and provided perimeter yard setback dimensions.

COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8).

1. COMMENT: As exterior work is proposed Historic review is required and must be approved prior to approval by Zoning.
