Per Tucson amendments stated above, Walls with a height greater than 7ft require an engineer's approval. The right side of the masonry wall exceeds 7ft, either obtain an engineer's stamp and approval of the plans or reduce the wall height to 7st.

This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9.

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: Please provide a detailed site plan showing exactly where the proposed wall will be built. Please refer to the sample site plan if necessary:
