This site is located in the SR zone (UDC 4.7.4). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1). 1. Based on aerial photographs there are several structures along the west property line, what appears to a barn, mobile home and at least 3 sheds, and a storage container near the southeast corner of residence that Zoning was not able to find approved permit/compliance documents for. Either provide approved documents for these structures are include them in the permit. Mobile homes are not allowed in the SR zone.
