This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide a complete gas piping plan showing the connection and length from the meter to all attached appliances, G2401.1, R301.1: Include pipe size, type (Black Iron, Poly) and length. Connection must be shown to all appliances. Or verify that the measurement provided (180’) is the correct pipe length as measured from the meter to the farthest attached appliance. 2. The main 1 1/2” PE pipe, from the meter to the BBQ Tee, is undersized for the given length (180’) and appliance demand (416,000btuh). Size the pipe based on the length from the meter to the farthest attached appliance and max total Branch demand of all attached appliances using Table G2413.4(7) (Polyethylene Plastic Pipe). 3.
