This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9.

1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example.

2. Perimeter yard setbacks are based on a wall height measurement from design grade to the highest point of the exterior wall UDC Article 6.4.5.B & Figure 6.4.5-A. Provide the wall heights for the north and east wall so that perimeter yard setback requirements can be determined.
