Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9.

1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, to include but not limited to:
a. This comment was not addressed. Indicate the zoning of all adjacent properties.
b. This comment was not addressed correctly. The east property line dimension is not correct and should be 46.69’Clearly show the parcel lines along with dimensions. Show the entire parcel on the plot plan along with all property dimesons.

2. This comment was not addressed. No setback waiver has been provided. The 2 structures along the north property line show up sometime after 2018. Zoning was not able to find approved permit/compliance documentation for these structures. Either provide approved plans or include them in this permit. As it appears these structures do not meet perimeter yard setbacks to the north property line a neighbors setback waive will be required. To secure this neighbor setback waiver the following statement must be provided on the plot plan and be signed and dated by the adjacent property owner(s):
