A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. A list of zoning review items are provided at this link: 1. Please correct the address of the subject property as it is incomplete. 2. The distance between the proposed detached carport and the front porch. 3. Either rotate the subject property on the plot plan or change the North Arrow as the direction is currently incorrect. 4. Add the street names to the plot plan. 5. Provide elevation diagrams for the detached carport. 6. Fully dimension the lot. Draw the vehicle use area(s) within the lot and label the proposed carport. 9. The lot itself measures .18 of an acre (8,012 sq ft). Under the Lot Coverage Calculation section on the plot plan, please correct the following: a. The lot coverage shown on the plot plan. b. The square footage for the area(s) for vehicular usage. c. Recalculate the lot coverage as it is not the lot size, but rather the enclosed structures and vehicular use areas. d. Divide the lot coverage by lot area and show this calculation on the site plan. 10. Draw and label a dimension from the centerline of the W. Avenida Planeta to the edge of pavement or curb (approx. 16’) and a dimension from edge of pavement or curb to the property line (approx. 14’) per Terra Del Sol paving plans I-748J: http://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/construction-plans/details/I-748J . 11.
