This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). Electrical Review: 1. The conductors underground must comply with E3803.1 and be rated for use in a conduit in a wet location, E3803.10 i.e. THWN. Gas Review: 1. Provide a complete gas piping plan showing the connection and length from the meter to all attached appliances, G2401.1, R301.1: Include pipe size, type (Black Iron, Poly) and length. Connection must be shown to all appliances. Or show that the ¾” line to the BBQ is a dedicated line from the meter. 2. Modifications or additions to the gas line may require that the existing system be enlarged to meet the total demand based on the new length, or a new dedicated line is required for the additional attached loads, G2412.3, G2412.4. 3.
