This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). Electrical: 1. Provide a panel schedule showing wire size and OCPD of each new circuit, E3702.2. 2. The conductors underground must comply with E3803.1 and be rated for use in a conduit in a wet location, E3803.10 i.e. THWN. 3. Designate the circuit number (that correlates to the panel schedule) at the location of each receptacle, switch, or utilization equipment, E3404.12. 4. Provide the manufacturer’s specification sheets for the gate/motors. Outdoor Lighting: 5. Show the location of all new outdoor lighting equipment. 6. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC) with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 3.1.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. Show full cutoff fixtures were located with 25 feet from the property line OLC 401.3.3. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1. Gate, Wall and fence: 7. Provide complete building plans for the new gates and any new wall or fence being constructed. Include construction details from the foundation to the top of the new construction. 8. Show the location of any new wall or fence on the site plan and note the height of the structures. 9.
