This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. 1. Based on aerial photographs there is a structure located in the northeast corner of the site that appears sometime after 2008 and a structure located along the south property line that was expanded sometime after 2008. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for these structures. Either 1) Provide copies of the approved permit documents, 2) Submit required plans and secure the required permits, or 3) show them on the plan to be removed.
