A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 -.9. 1. (Comment) The submitted plans do not meet the minimum requirements for a site plan. At a minimum, provide an updated view of the property with all property lines dimensions annotated, the location and dimensions (in feet) of each side of the new fence, the existing perimeter fence/wall, and distance between the new fence and the southern neighbor’s property line. This information can be added to the overheard imagery and resubmitted. To ensure that your fence is accurately displayed, please refer to the Pima County Assessor Parcel Map for your property. You can access this map at the following link: https://www.asr.pima.gov/ParcelData/Map/Arm/MP04/04043_03.PDF This map shows your property’s full dimensions to be 135’ x 60’. Submitted plans provide no indication that this permit will not be approved, but an updated site plan is required to ensure that the fence is on or within the property lines. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Revised plans, as noted above along with a detailed letter indicating responses to the review comments.
