1.COMMENT: Provide a Residential Plot Plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/residential_plot_plan_requirements.pdf

(The front street setback is 20ft measure from the property line. The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure’s wall facing each interior property line)

2.COMMENT: Zoning is unable to locate an approved permit for the detached carport, This carport addition can be included with this permit please include building plan for the carport on the next submittal. Also provide the height and the setback dimension. Additional comment may be forthcoming.
