This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. This comment was not addressed. It is not clear where the proposed ornamental structure is proposed. Zoning recommends that you use the plot plan provided under permit T19CM01770 found at: https://pro.tucsonaz.gov/address_search/2741/S/CASTLE/DR, and clearly show the location of the proposed structure. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. This plot plan shall clearly show the proposed location of the Ornamental Structure. 2. This comment was not addressed. Provide fully dimensioned elevations of the proposed.
