In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Show the entire site/plot plan. Example located here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/plan-samples/sample-plot-plan.pdf 2. City of Tucson only requires one site plan, not multiple. 3. Label access and which existing walls are being removed and/or added. 4. Show the pool surface area and location in relation to all existing structures on the property, 2018 ISPSC 105.3. 5. Show compliance with the pool enclosure barrier requirement by including a continuous 5-foot barrier around the pool, ARS 36-1681. – i.e., Label the walls. 6. Label all means of egress on the site plan and show the correct direction of the gate swings. 7. Submit the structural engineering as a stand-alone file, not attached to a second construction plan.
