| 09/05/2023 | Residential Building | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. Comments: 1. A clear plan set is required along with sufficient detail for determining code compliance, R106.1.1. Remove the following from the site plan: the coping, the benches, the step tile, the hose but not the hose bib that is your autofill source, the drainage directional arrows, the spa spillway notation, and umbrella sleeve. 2. Label the home run with the length between the equipment and the main panel. 3. Label the gas line from the equipment to the main with the length and size of the pipe being used. If you have any questions about these comments, I can be reached at Matthew.Carlton@tucsonaz.gov or 520-837-4988 |
