Provided a detail comment response letter with your submittal that clearly shows how you have addressed all comments with your next submittal. This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence w/ sleeping quarters is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. The following comments were not addressed. 1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, to include but not limited to: a. The plot plan shall be drawn at an engineering scale. b. For both Vancouver Pl. & Carson Av. provide a dimension from the center line to the face of curb, where pavement meets the concreate curb, and from face of curb to the property line. For Vancouver the distance from center line to face of curb is 15’, and from face of curb to property line is 10’. For Carson the distance from center line to face of curb is 18’, and from face of curb to property line is 12’. These dimensions are required to determine if the site wall has been built on site and not within the right-of-way.
