Show the feeder connection, Sheet PV-03, complying with 705.12(B)(2)(1)(a) or (b). Ampacity of #8 CU, NEC Table 310.15(B)(16) 75 degree C, 40A. Load side OCPD, 150A. a. The feeder ampacity shall be not less than the sum of the primary source overcurrent device and 125% of the power source output circuit current (40A < 150A+21.15A). b. An overcurrent device on the load side of the power source connection shall be rated not greater than the ampacity of the feeder (150A > 50A).
