This comment has not yet been addressed. Several detached accessory structures in the front yard appear in aerial photography beginning in 2016. Indicate the square footage of each structure on the site plan. A variance will not be required to be granted by the Board of Adjustment if these structures are: a. Five feet or less in height and ten square feet or less in area, such as a doghouse, a refuse container enclosure, or play equipment; or b. Shelters for food producing animals if six feet or less in height and 16 square feet or less in area (UDC 6.6.2.A) 2. This comment has not yet been addressed. A new roof and porch for the existing principal building appear in aerial photography beginning in 2014. The Zoning Review Section was unable to find approved permits for this work. Either provide the permit number for the new roof or include these improvements within the scope of work of TC-RES-0823-07103.
