The zoning “NR-1” listed under “ZONING INFORMAITON” is not correct and should be R-1. COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Architectural Documentation prior to demolition of historic buildings (UDC 3.12.1). & .10. The Pima County Assessor’s effective construction date for your building or structure is 1956. The actual construction date may be earlier. Buildings, portions of buildings or structures that are 50 years of age or older must be architecturally documented prior to demolition. Documentation will be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Office before a permit is issued.
